Navratri is here! If you are fasting for all nine days and also willing to experiment with new festive recipes (minus the guilt of cheating your diet), you need to try my Keto-friendly Malpua recipe this time. Navratri is already associated with a variety of sweet indulgences. But Malpua is one dish that makes me nostalgic. Dipped in sweet syrup, this soft treat is full of festive warmth but also loaded with sugar. However, my healthy twist with stevia, almond flour, and coconut flour makes it totally Keto yet heavenly to taste.
The best part is that it perfectly aligns with a low-carb lifestyle. So, this recipe is a total win for those following the Keto diet, even during Navratri. You can enjoy this tasty dessert without feeling left out at festive gatherings or breaking your diet.
All set to bring the sweet Navratri essence to your place? Let’s dive in!
