Ingredients:

  • 100 g Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tbsp melted ghee or butter
  • Lemon and coriander for garnishing

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Take a bowl to mix the ginger-garlic paste with coriander power, salt, red chili powder, turmeric, cumin powder, and melted butter/ghee.
  2. Dice paneer into cubes and marinate it with the prepared paste.
  3. Put a pan over medium heat and melt butter/ghee in it.
  4. Add marinated paneer cubes into the pan and fry it for 1-2 minutes on each side. Keep stirring until it turns golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat, garnish with lemon and fresh coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot.
