Some recipes hold a special place in your heart, as there’s a story behind their creation. For me, my Keto Avocado Bread recipe is a ritual that began when I decided to quit store-bought bread, which is often loaded with preservatives. So, I opened my kitchen pantry and took out all the healthy ingredients, like a ripe avocado, almond flour, and coconut flour, to let my culinary skills do their magic.
What came out of my oven was a warm, healthy reminder that nourishing myself on a Keto diet doesn’t need to be so complicated. This bread is soft, nutty, and quite easy to prepare. The best part is it’s indulging and delicious, without breaking your Keto meal routine. You can bake it and keep enjoying the slices for the next 2-3 days with some cream cheese, butter, or poached eggs on top.
