Welcome to July’s AK Cookbook Club! I’m so glad you’re here. A few reminders:
On the first Wednesday of each month I’ll announce a new cookbook recipe from my cookbook that we’ll all get to make during the month. No recipes are off-limits, so get ready to cook and bake every month with me for an entire year! Think of it as a fun little challenge you can do with family & friends, or solo (because you’re ambitious like that!)

June’s recipe: Farmers’ Market Arugula Peach Pasta Salad
Everyone turn to page 78 of my cookbook where you’ll find the best summer pasta salad loaded with beautiful produce. As always, there are great ways to make this recipe your own:
- Make it gluten-free by using your favorite GF pasta
- Pick between peaches and nectarines, and feta cheese or goat cheese
- Make it even heartier by adding a few ounces of chopped bacon or sliced, chopped salami
- I personally love to give it a little drizzle of my quick hot honey (page 231) before serving but this hot honey works awesome, too!
