Monsoon often brings out the cravings for comfort food. With the downpour tapping gently on windows and the world slowing down a little, many people reach out for fried snacks. But for those of us on our Keto journey, we have to look for other ways to satisfy our cravings – without falling off the wagon. That’s when you need to try my Keto Butter Garlic Egg Recipe. It’s indulgent, warm, and loaded with delicious garlicky goodness.
The foldy, soft eggs bathed in garlicky; butter sauce gives perfect flavour with Italian herbs and a tinge of heat. It is a perfect monsoon-friendly meal that’s fuss-free yet satisfying without messing with your macros. Another good thing is that it’s easy to prepare with just a few ingredients, which are perfect to keep you warm when the skies turn grey.

Ingredients:
For the Egg Mix:
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Flakes
For Butter Garlic Sauce:
- 7-8 Fine Chopped Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper Power
- 1.5 tsp Corn Flour
- 3/4 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 3/4 Cup Milk
- 2-3 tbsp Finely Chopped Parsley
- 2 tsp Oil
- 5 tbsp Butter (50 g)
Instructions:
For Soft-Folded Eggs:
- Take a pan and heat 1 tsp oil in it. Now, add 2 tbsp of butter. Keep the flame low.
- Add the whisked egg mixture and turn the flame to medium. Don’t stir for a minute.
- After that, slowly fold in the egg mixture gently.
- You have to slowly fold it to get big cooked egg chunks. You may break the big chunks into smaller ones but it shouldn’t look like scrambled eggs.
- Cook it for around 2-3 mins.
- Put it onto a plate.
For Butter Garlic Sauce:
- Again, add 1 tsp oil and then add 3 tbsp of butter in heated oil on medium flame.
- Add finely chopped garlic, stir and saute for around 1-2 minutes.
- Then, add pepper powder, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes in it.
- Reduce the flame and add the corn flour. Stir it on low heat for 1 minute and make sure no lumps are formed.
- Keep the heat low and add the milk into this mixture. Also, add 1/2 tsp salt. Mix well and cook on low heat for around 1-2 minutes till your sauce thickens.
Final Step:
- Add cooked eggs to sauce. Gently fold and heat for 1-2 minutes. Garnish it with parsley and serve hot.
