My today’s Keto Cheesecake Stuffed Strawberries are all about ease and simplicity. It is a no-bake Keto dessert that you can prepare without any complex steps. But you’ll certainly love the end result!
You can quickly whip it up for evening snacking with family, hosting a last-minute dinner party, or just craving something sweet while aligning with your Keto goals. The creamy, tangy cheesecake filling with naturally sweet strawberries give it an irresistible flavour with balanced texture. If you love chocolate, you can drizzle some chocolaty syrup on it and relish.

Ingredients:
- 453.59g – Fresh strawberries
- 1/3 cup – Powdered sweetener
- 226.8g – Cream cheese
- 1/4 Heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Lemon zest
Toppings
3/4 cup fresh blueberries
1/2 cup chocolate chips
6 keto graham crackers (crushed)
Instructions:
- Properly wash the strawberries while keeping the hulls intact.
- Cut each in half through their hulls while keeping it attached to each side. Also, remove the pulp of each side from the center each side to hollow it out.
- Take a bowl to beat cream cheese and make it smooth. Then add sweetener in it and mix well.
- Add lemon zest and vanilla extract in whipped cream while mixing everything together. If you feel the filling is very stiff and thick, you can add 1 to 2 tbsp water or unsweetened almond milk in it.
- Fill this mixture in a piping bag and add it into the hollow portions of the half-cut berries.
- You can garnish the filled berries with two or three blueberries with tiny chocolate chips.
- Now, refrigerate them for a while until it’s ready to serve.
