Ingredients:

  • 470 g Yogurt – Plain or Flavor
  • 4 Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Corn Starch

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Prepare a 6-inch mold and line it with parchment paper. Set it aside.
  2. Take a large bowl and add 470 g of yogurt (Plain or Flavored) in it. Whisk it for a moment.
  3. Add 4 whole eggs to it. Consider adding the eggs gradually while whisking, so that it doesn’t overwhelm the mixture.
  4. After mixing eggs and yogurt well, add 1/2 cup of corn starch to it. Again, mix well to form a smooth consistency.
  5. Pour the mixture into the 6-inch mold you prepared earlier.
  6. Bake it at 200 °C for around 30 – 40 minutes.
  7. Take the mold out of the oven and let it cool.
  8. Let the cake cool completely before unmolding.
  9. Dust with icing powder if desired (skip it for a lower-carb version)
  10. Slice and enjoy with tea, coffee, or even as a post-workout treat.
